Government program of the Russian Federation on the utilization of cars
In 2010, a new
state program for the recycling of cars .
The essence of the program is that the owner can take the old car for recycling and get a discount on the purchase of a new car.
In connection with the increase in prices for cars, the Government revised the program and adjusted its conditions.
The company "EcoStar Technology" is the only licensed center for the recycling of cars in Primorye, including the Government program.
In order to become a participant in the government program to receive a discount for the purchase of a new car, you must:
- be a citizen of Russia
- own this car for more than 6 months;

Cost of recycling:
- for individuals - 5 000 rubles
- for legal - 10 000 rubles.
The size of discounts under the Program 2016:
- for the purchase of a light car - 50 000 rubles
- a small truck - 90 000 rubles
- SUV and truck weighing more than 3 tons - 350 000 rubles.
Cash in the form of a fixed monetary value discounts are allocated for the purchase of only cars produced or assembled in the territory of the Russian Federation.
